AI comic workflow: from script to finished cut
Storyboard, line art, coloring and compositing orchestrated end to end — model scheduling, an asset library, and batch export.
This page is a capability demo and reference build. The UI is illustrative — not a delivered artifact for a specific client.
Background
The AI-comic bottleneck isn’t "can it generate one frame" — it’s "can it batch-produce a whole series reliably": character consistency, asset reuse, traceable steps, retryable failures. Without an orchestration layer, creation stalls at single images.
How we do it
01 End-to-end orchestration: script → storyboard → line art → color → composite, each step configurable and traceable
02 Model scheduling: dispatch models per stage, auto-retry on failure, batch via queue
03 Asset library: characters/scenes/props catalogued, versions locked, reused across episodes for consistency
04 Batch export: timeline compositing, bulk export to finished cuts
What you get
- ✓ Workflow orchestration engine + per-stage node config
- ✓ Asset library (characters/scenes/props with versioning)
- ✓ Batch queue and failure-retry mechanism
- ✓ Export pipeline + ops manual
Outcomes & acceptance
- Acceptance standard: a series is orchestratable and traceable from script to cut
- Assets reused across episodes; consistency held by version locking
- Batch queue supports retries — no starting over
- Throughput scales horizontally with models and compute
